I have a 4 unit rental property with each unit less then 600 sq ft. I usually rent to singles but never more then 2 occupants. Now, I have a couple with a 2yo interested. I'm not interested in having 3 occupants but I'm afraid I'll get sued if I turn them down. Again, it's not the child that's the problem, it's having 3 occupants (I pay water and garbage). Any idea if I'm safe??? I've searched everything I can online but Florida law is a mess.
