how much more to charge for a cat. add on to monthly rent or pay up front?

Check with your state to make sure that there are no rules for Pet Regulation. Most states don't however you do have to charge a fair fee that can be non-refundable. I personally charge 250.00 around and that depends on the animal. I also do not allow pets in all of my properties.
