I completed a lease addressing all items plus additional items signed by the tenant and myself initiated April 2 2011. The lease is an EZlandlord form 2011. item #23 (ENDING OR RENEWING THE LEASE AGREEMENT) I enter 60 days. QU: Neither the tenant or myself ( i am a live-in landlord) provided a written notice regarding the lease term. Is this lease still in effect??

I would read the lease, I do believe if it was a lease that turns into a month to month, it is still in place. I would still renew the lease so that you are protected.
