Rental applicant in process of divorce

I have a rental applicant going through divorce; she said her husband (not ex yet) would co-sign on lease. Any recommendations on how to handle/structure the lease?

I would create a co-signer agreement between the husband and then keep the wife as the tenant. So add the husband under the co-signer section.
