Landlord changing name during lease

I am a new land lord and trying to understand all of this. I will begin renting my house under 1 name will be getting married and changing my name in 6 months. How do i address this ?

At the time that the lease is signed. Whatever your legal name is is what you would put down. If there is anything that goes to court you will have proof of name change and will not make the contract void. You should not have to worry about this as all legal matters really are tied to social security numbers.
