Leases on here compared to others

I bought a subscription to here because I knew it'd be state specific, but since in live in Chicago, they have their own set of rules too. I filled out a lease agreement and noticed the "Chicago" specific questions but, most were "Illinois" specific only. How does this site's leases match up to, say, chicago association of realtors lease that's free on Google? Did I waste money on a subscription??

They are state specific, but not city specific. I just had my attorney view over and I made some custom changes to the doc. They are also really cool, if you didn't use your account and contact them, they will refund you. They have a satisfaction guarantee.
