Terminating a Rental

Hello:  New to the site and forum.  I have a vacation property I rent and I went with this software to write my agreement.  The standard verbiage that comes with the agreement states no refunds.  However, I offer them as the agreement may have been written 6 or more months in advance.  It has nothing to do with the legality of the contract or the State specific laws.  I need to change this section and can not get any help from them.  Has anyone ever had any section unlocked for editing?  Anyway to contact them besides chat and email?  Thanks  Ted
