Is a letter of intent from a landlord to a tenant stating to renew an existing lease stating new terms and price, etc... Enforceable ?

Letter of intent is a letter from one company to another recognizing the willingness to do business. It is not a contract it is a document that states intent to execute certain business tasks and activities.
