Hello, I own a Town Home in California and we have an HOA. It is governed by CC&R's, and it has been suggested that I provide the new tenants with the CC&R's before they sign the lease. Since they are only renting, I don't know if this is the best thing to do. Is this reasonable? Is this a requirement? Is this helpful or just confusing to the tenant? Thanks!

Hey, If it is required by your HOA I would still include it. It might help the tenant if you go over it with them.
