Lease

I am e signing a lease with a tenant whom lives 6 hours away. It says I must provide a hard copy within 3 business days, now does that mean it should be postmarked within the 3 business days or delivered in 3 business days? I am just trying to figure out if I should send reg us mail, or will i need to overnight the lease.
