lease term

Can i have tenant sign new lease form on 10 19 2017 for lease starting on 10 16 2017.  We had simpe lease contract signed on 10 14 2017 but i wanted to add some more stuff in lease as agreed by tenant. So now i created new professional lease today on 10 18 2017 .

Yes as long as tenant agrees. You will be fine.
