Neighbors and Tenants.

Hi every one, I have a rental duplex house which is sharing a wall with a neighbor and they don't get along with my tenant very well. They are an old couple and my tenants kind of young. They have been complaining a lot by phone, text and recently a certified letter about my tenant. Can someone advise me what to do to resolve this problem? Thanks in advance, your input is greatly appreciated. Ty Phan.

I can't stand when this happens. I would offer them an out from the lease because tenants like this usually continue with complaints.
