Term Lease

My tenants lease ends in 2 days. I forgot to give notice in time. She was on a one year lease but has been late paying rent. I was going to renew her lease but month to month only. But the contract I have with her says I need to give her 14 days notice before the end of her lease and that is in two day. I do not want to renew her le4ase for another year as I may sell the property. Anything I can do. Oklahoma law

take them a new lease indicating that it's month to month and make sure it has the part about you may sale the property and they agree to let you show it with minimal notice.   also ask if they want to buy it even though it sounds like they probably don't have the credit.
