RENTING OUT A ROOM IN MY TOWNHOUSE

So many people are renting out rooms in their homes yet there are no suitable rental agreements available. I'm looking for a Notice to Tenant to Provide Landlord with their own rental/liability insurance.  Thank you,  Rebecca
