watercraft/travel trailer permission

prospective tenant is objecting to the clause that says: "The Landlord reserves the right to withdraw permission for the storage of Tenant's Watercraft and/or Travel Trailer at any time during the term of the Lease. " He is asking that I either change the wording or delete that sentence from the addendum. Any thoughts on this?

Would you rent from you with that clause?

I deleted it already. Thank you for your input. I could not think of any reason not to delete that.
