Need to sell rental. Tennant has a lease til March 2019.

I need to sell my rental property soon or possibly loose the home. Financial and medical issues. How do I notify my tennant , and can I show the house while they are living there. Their lease is signed til March. 2019. Help! Not sure how to go about all of this...

You can ALWAYS sell the property (It's Yours!) but state regs determine whether the lease does/does not transfer to the new owner. If it does, then new owner collects rent til March 19. If not, then nw owner and tenant needs to work the issue. Good Luck
