I have a question. I live in NJ gave my tenant a letter that i was not going renew lease gave 30 days. The lease said 30 day. am in my legal rights.

Can she use the security for her rent payment. When in the letter its stated can not use Security deposit for rent.

No she cannot use it for her rent payment.

You send it 30 days before the lease ends and if your lease says the security deposit cannot be used for rent by her then no she can't it is for any damage done but if your lease states that if she leaves without paying her rent then you can use it for the rent.
