Lease renewal & Inspections

My current tenant and I both want to renew. However, the last two years I've used a property manager. Now I'm managing my own property with no outside help so I'm creating my lease. My question is, how do I handle move-in inspection section of the new lease? They aren't "moving in" because they have already been there. I feel like there should be a clause in there about utilizing the original move-in inspection from two years ago. How does this work when renewing tenants on a different lease? Thanks!

Just do a walk through inspection with the tenant with the original inspection. If the situation hasn't changed, just have both sign a paper that the original inspection is still valid.
