unauthorized--illegal occupant Arizona

I have a tenant (actually never moved into the property) that has now allowed her adult daughter and her fiancé to move onto the premise. I have tried in vain to get the necessary background checks and credit checks but the daughter does not work and the fiancé is illegal. I am preparing a violation. Any thoughts or guidance form any landlords in AZ? RG

Hello and welcome to the forum. You left out one piece of very important info. 1. Is there a lease?
