Is It Legal To Prohibit Firearms On My Property

Hi, I live and work on my property and rent two rooms to local ski instructors. Since I live here, am I allowed to require renters to keep their firearms in storage or anyone besides on my property? I am not questioning their second amendment rights. I've just had some drama with a couple of the renters last year and the sheriff had to come out to my home on multiple occasions. Since I live here, I'd like to feel safer in my own home. Any thoughts on this? (please, no pro/anti gun debate here, I just want to know what I'm allowed to do on my own personal property, thanks). MS

Yes, It's your property you have the right to make it part of the lease.
