If a tenant is considered disabled and sneaks a dog in after they have moved in, don't they have to disclose this?  I  did an inspection last month and found out the tenants wife is a hoarder which apparently the state of Virginia considers mentally ill. Is she allowed to have a support animal without disclosing.  I read online that if I don't use a professional real estate device to procure the tenant, the Fair Housing Law does not pertain to me.  Is that right. There are 5 undisclosed animals. The house is filthy and in disrepair.  Advice???
