Tenant has not responded to new lease paperwork

My husband and I purchased a rental property and inherited tenants that are on a month-to-month basis since their previous lease has expired. I have sent a new lease to the tenants with a deadline to accept or move out. The deadline is approaching and I have not received anything from them. Is there a form that I can use to let them know that I am expecting them to vacate at the specified date? Thank you.

Please send a reminder to the tenant that the signed lease is due on January 31, 2020. If the signed lease is not received by this date landlord will conclude that the tenant will NOT renew and that tenant will surrender the property at the end of the current term on February 29, 2020.
