death of a tenant during COVID in Washington state

Has anyone had a teant pass away and have their rental tied up in the estate? What can a landlord do when courts are closed and there is an eviction moratorium?

If you can find out who is in charge of the estate find out what they would like to do.  Pay the rent,, or maybe move the stuff to storage and rerent the property.
