please,please advise trying to get tenants out. month to month lease. they have destroyed the house, tore down tile,doors, shelves, kitchen shelves and now wont answer my calls. what can i do , this is a family home and we live 500 miles away. thank you

Have you given them a 30/60 day notice of non-renewal? if so and the time is up you file for eviction as holdover tenants. You may need to hire a local lawyer to handle the case for you.
