How Do I Set Up E-Sign On My Lease

I need to have tenants sign my lease, but they are out of town.  I can't seem to figure out how to do e-sign on the lease.  Has anyone done this?  Thank you!

you can email the lease, have them print and sign and fax back! or you can look for a company that offers e-signatures and I dont believe this program offers it.
Create your lease on a word processor. Next, create a pdf file using dopdf program (free  -  http://dopdf.en.softonic.com/). I would not sign the lease before they do. Email it to your tenant w/o signing it. After they sign it, have them return it to you. You sign it, scan it and email them a copy …..The dopdf is a great program that can be used to make pdf files from any program that you can print….Another option is to invest in a good scanner to create pdf files which can also be used to downsize you paper files.  -----Disclaimer: Since I’ve been answering a lot of questions, I thought I would make the following statement. I’m not affiliated with EZlandlord Forms. I’m just here (not sure how long) to help those that have questions. Unfortunately, it is impossible to give comprehensive real estate/tax advice over the internet, no matter how well researched or written. Therefore, it is up to you to become familiar with Fed/State/Local Tax Laws. Also, if you have real questions, you should consult with an attorney or tax professional……Having 40+ yrs with Rental Property and done well, it’s my way of “Pay it Forward (check out the movie).” I always like to know if the suggestions I offer are helpful.
