How do I go about relaying to tenants that they must move when I sale my property?. The new owners do not want to use property for rental purposes. I am in process of signing contract to sell my property and I tried my best to keep tenants in place, but the new owners insist that they vacant property before closing date. I have a lease with both tenants until Nov 1, 2025.
