In step 4, if you uncheck the security deposit from the FUNDS COLLECTED AT LEASE SIGNING section, you will remove the security deposit section from the lease builder. To add the security deposit back in: Click on EDIT THIS LEASE if you are not in the lease builder. To the right side choose "4. FEES & MAINTENANCE. Check in SECURITY DEPOSIT from FUNDS COLLECTED AT LEASE SIGNING. Go back to Step 3. RENT AND DEPOSIT.the security deposit section will show and you can make your edits to the security deposit amount, custom text, etc. If you still need help, reach out to our support team by clicking on the LIVE HELP at the top right anywhere on the website. :)
