Do you always charge an application fee?? What is a normal application fee???

I do charge an application fee, we charge $29.99. We charge this to run a credit check on the prospective tenant.

What credit reporting agency do you use.? I have been looking, but just get confused as there are so many advertising they are the best... I just want good information in order to screen prospective tenants.

There is a section called "tenant screening" in the blue toolbar that gives you a link to SafeRent. I use them. I do the basic. Sex Offender checks can be done online for free through your state and you can do county jail and state prison checks for free too through the state/county website.
