When calling the prospective tenant's supervisor to verify their employment, what kind of information am I allowed to verify? Job start date? Salary?

Hi Allison, The screening does not include employment verification, however we do have a form you can use to send to the applicant that they can give to their employer to fill out. You are allowed to ask : 1. length of time employed (start date, etc) 2. current pay 3. status- temporary or permanent 4. salary 5. title
