Hello, I am interested in finding out what do I need to do to have my house rented out through the section 8 program in Baltimore Maryland?

Section 8 is a great way to ensure that you get money (as the government pays you) BUT be sure to be 100% on this as if anything were to happen to your house from the tenant, the eviction process is a lot more lengthy and you can miss out on money.

Baltimore is Very Section 8 friendly, in fact they have a number of assistance and incentive programs for Landlords and Tenants to help house people who may need help. There is a tone of info on this through the Baltimore Housing Authorities website and you can even list your property through gosection8.com
