REPORT REMINDERS

Our potential tenant said they did not receive the email letter to give permission for the screening report/background check.  How often do reminders go out?  I can’t find this information.  Or can I request that EZLandlord send the request again?  Thx

Hi Suzanne,  We send out 2 email reminders to the prospective tenant to let them know that the landlord has requested more information from them. The first email reminder goes out 2 days after the initial request was sent.
