How do I remove an applicant who has not submitted all the info or is in progress doing so?

Remove from what? If you are currently renting to them, you must evict.

Hello Cody, If the application sates it is in progress, there is no way to remove their application. You will have to reach out and ask them not to complete the screening if you wish not to continue with them.
