First of all, I love the well detailed explanation as to why this is a smart decision "land investment is one of the smartest things anyone can do to increase their net worth and financial freedom". Please note the sarcasm in my statement. First of all, increasing net worth does not mean it increases cash flow or makes your life any easier (or more financially free). While investing in land can certainly be an intelligent option, there are equally enough risks that go along with it and you have to make your own decisions as to whether or not these risks are acceptable for the hoped upon return. Now besides this being purely an advertising post, if I were interested in a property management company, I would have to ask myself if I would want to have one that posts in these locations and in this professional manner - primarily being grammar and lack of content that the subject portrays.

Land over time appreciates in value and normally without too much of maintenance and keep up. However, Rate of appreciation is much slower than a land with a habitable structure on it.
