The city of Ernakulam in Kerala has experienced skyrocketing real estate prices of late. The factors are many. These include the tremendous rise of the IT sector in Kochi, which has led to the setting up of technology centers like Info-Park in Kakkanad and Cochin Special Economic Zone (CSEZ) on the Seaport-Airport Road.

So where at in the States is this? Oh it is in India. If there is an opportunity to invest abroad I am not sure India is the place that I would purchase at this time. I don't care how delicious there cuisine is. Has any body else purchased here or purchased abroad with good resources on the process to take the first steps?
