How can we identify a Property Management company as trusted property management firm.

I have used Angies List for almost everything related to my home. All contractors or agencies have great user ratings and seem to stand up to the rating. I have not paid for a bad service through there yet. However for property management you may want to make sure that you draw up a contract.

Always ask property management companies to provide you with a written list of rental management services offered to home owners, company prices and fees and responsibilities of each party to the contract. We had granny flats built and rented it out. http://grannyflatsolutions.com.au/

You can read online reviews about a property management company or seek recommendations from your friends or family. I have always rented my property through Cloud Real Estate as they provide quality services.
