Help!! I’m in the process of buying a new rental and was advised to create an llc and put the property under it. But the loan company is telling me they do not offer any Mortgage loans to a business. They only can put The loan in a persons name. Help me to Understand!!!!

Look at putting it into a real estate trust. The loan will be in your name the house will still be the collateral but the it still protects your assets.
