3 tenant issue

I have 3 tenants that moved into my home. they got into a fight and one moved out with no notice. I was going to leave the tenant that moved out on the lease. The last 2 tenants that are in there want the 3rd guy off and are scared the 3rd will move back in? do i write up a new lease, amend the lease? Any ideas will help.

I wouldn't take the 3rd guy off the lease agreement unless the other tenants find a suitable replacement tenant. You want 3 collect-able tenants on the lease, to maximize your chances of recovering money if things go south.
what would you recommend, an addendum to the lease? or just re type the lease?
Yes i agree it's better to take the 3rd tenant off.
