is there a form indicating what I should be looking for when doing a walk through on a property for lease renew

Have you ever had a tenant who refuses to sign another lease?

I always do a renewal walk through and usually do my renewal lease signings at the property to carry out two things at once. When doing a walkthrough I treat all things as if the tenant was just moving in. So I would use the same checklist as I initially did for move-in.
