Signed a lease 2 days ago and now tenant wants out

If a tenant has signed a 1 month lease in Colorado and wants out after 2 days for reasons of finding a better solution is there a grace period I must allow for a break of the lease. The tenant has not moved in yet. Anyone have an answer?

ugh I would let them go but charge a fee for breaking the lease early. Look up the termination laws in your area also

I had that happen to me as well. Make sure to put in your next lease the fee for early termination. The verbiage is in this lease paperwork in the software.
