My tenant requested to terminate an annual lease early. I agreed and we executed a early termination document on November 5th for a November 30th termination. The tenant has an occupant that is on the lease as an occupant but not a signer or tenant. The occupant refuses to leave. what are the eviction remedies. Does the occupant require 30 notice even though the tenant agreed to 25 days.

The occupant now becomes a squatter, and unfortunately they need to be evicted just like tenants do. Serve the occupant with an eviction notice, and file as soon as possible for eviction in court.
