IM ABOUT TO HAVE NO WHERE TO GO WITH 3 KIDS

IF MY LAND LORD IS NOT PAYING THE MORTGAGE AND IM PAYING MY RENT... WHAT LAW IS BEING BROKEN?

There is many, many new foreclosure laws put into effect to protect Tenants in this situation. I believe that there is a 90 day notice rule, where a bank or repossessor must give 90 days notice to vacate when a property ends up in Foreclosure. Check with your housing office. They will let you know your rights.
