What is Calif. deposit return law on the days you have to return the deposit

In California, landlord must furnish tenant with the full security deposit or partial or none, depending on circumstances with an accounting of all  the deductions within 21 days. It is important to also be sure that you have proof to back up any charges. Charges for normal wear and tear are not included.
