What are the rules regarding "boyfriends" staying overnight almost every night?

What are the RULES for guests who basicALLY have MOVED in?

I believe if they are not a party to the lease agreement they can be asked to leave. If they are a guest of the other leasee you may want to set up ground rules for frequency of visit.

I have included in the lease a section for Visitors. It states that anyone staying for more than 3 wks is considered a new occupant. They either leave or go on the lease. If additional time is needed for them to leave, a fee of $10.00 per person/per day will be charged.
