Yes, on my lease dated 2010 page 4, ,"Right of Entry" it does not specifically state that I am allowed to let my realtor take pics to display on the web - it says Landlord and/or his agents, with 24 hours written notice have the right during the term of this lease Agreement to enter during reasonable hours to inspect the premises, make repairs or improvements or show prospective buyers and/or Tenant (s) the property. My realtor says that her Texas Association of Realtor does specifically state that they can under Acess, I need to know if I can legally take pics of the inside of my TownHouse. Step 6 of the Lease Builder Wizard allows you to add in Special Terms & Conditions.
