RENTAL APPLICATION FEE

Hello I have property in Georgia; application fee; what are the min and max for rental applications.

Reasonable cost should always be kept in mind when initiating any charges, however there appear to be no limits placed on the collection of an application fee for the state of GA.
It appears that a $40 processing fee for one adult tenant and $70.00 for two adult tenants may be considered as reasonable.

Not sure what you mean by "..... landlord can keep up to $25.00 of the rental fee."
