Providing Lease Paper Work....

I am in PA. I am a new landlord and was wondering if I should provide an electronic/hard copy lease to a perspective leasee, before I have any specific info on this person. It is a lease created on this site...nothing out of the ordinary.  Please Advise...Thx!

Curious. Why would you not want to have them review the Lease?
