Allowable Rent Increase - Noth Carolina

In NC what is the allowable amount a landlord can increase a tenant's rent?      Thank You.  Viola Dowdell

I believe the landlord must give a 30 day notice to raise the rent. Most give a 60 day notice. No limit on the rent increase amount.
