Tenant has move friends living at rental home

What are my rights when the Tenants have moved other friends or family members in which is not on the lease?  Can I get more rent legaly?

If an unauthorized tenant is living at the rental prop, you can send them a notice that it's breaking a rule of the lease. You could prob also attempt to do a lease amendment and ask for more money if they want additional guests living there.
