Home located in North Carolina. My tenant has lived in residence since 2009. Calls says she has a bug problem. Immediately send a exterminator to the property (single family home). Bed bugs and fleas. She says she cannot figure out why she has felas and no dog. Right. Currently have a company to take care of the problem(s). Now my question is can I legally charge her for the cleanup? The costs to me is $1500 dollars. I did not create the problem, she did. Thanks.
