Renting to handicap

In the state of Mass, what does a landlord have to do to make an apartment wheelchair access?

I recently received a call from a potential renter who is a handicap Vet.  My house is not setup for handicap access.  Am I required to rent to him or what di s the Fla. law state that I am required to do?
